Wistron Announces Q1 Financial Results

Wistron Corporation held a Board of Directors meeting. Following the meeting, the Company announced its financial results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2026. Consolidated revenue reached NTD 846.3 billion, operating income was NTD 29.1 billion, profit before tax (PBT) was NTD 23.5 billion, and profit after tax (PAT) was NTD 9,631 million, with earnings per share (EPS) of NTD 3.06.
In addition to the financial results, the Company announced the following resolutions:
1. Approved additional capital expenditures of USD 19 million for Wistron InfoComm (Vietnam) Co., Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary, to expand capacity for the networking switch business.
2. Approved an additional capital injection of USD 30 million into WisLab EMS Corporation (WisLab), a wholly owned subsidiary, to support funding needs for the California fab.
3. Approved an additional investment of USD 20 million in Eridu Corporation, a company focused on advanced AI networking solutions, through its issuance of a Simple Agreement for Future Equity (SAFE).
