Ventec Evaluates US Manufacturing Facility to Support North American Growth
April 28, 2026 | Ventec International GroupEstimated reading time: 1 minute
Ventec International Group today announced that it is evaluating the potential establishment of a manufacturing facility in the United States to support its growing North American customer base with high-performance laminate and prepreg materials.
This evaluation is part of Ventec's ongoing global footprint strategic planning. Senior executives have been authorized to explore options for strategically located sites and to engage with regional stakeholders as part of the initial assessment process. Any final decision regarding the establishment of a facility would be subject to approval by the Company's Board of Directors.
If approved, the planned facility would be designed at the right scale, incorporating the flexibility and diverse manufacturing capabilities needed to produce Ventec's extensive portfolio of advanced laminate and prepreg systems. The intention would be to provide essential solutions for mission-critical applications in aerospace, defense, industrial, medical, and other demanding high-reliability sectors.
This initiative would extend Ventec's established China-Taiwan "plus one" manufacturing strategy. With the Company's Thailand facility set to begin operations in 2026, it would represent the next step in the continued development of Ventec's global production footprint.
Ventec would work closely with regional raw material partners to develop an agile, high-mix manufacturing capability in North America, strengthening supply chain resilience and helping ensure dependable access to essential materials for customers in demanding and regulated industries.
"This would be a logical next step in the evolution of Ventec's manufacturing footprint," said a company spokesperson. "Our focus is on being the right size, in the right places, with the right product mix to support our customers' most demanding applications.”
Ventec is prioritizing high-reliability, high-performance, and high-mix operations, supported by a robust and secure supply chain. A future facility in the United States would represent an important step in the Company's strategy to enhance local supply capability, strengthen supply chain security, and deliver greater value and flexibility to customers across North America.
