Pursuit Aerospace Announces Completion of Strategic Acquisitions to Advance Growth

Pursuit Aerospace, a global manufacturer of complex aircraft engine components, announced it has completed the strategic acquisitions of both Prescott Precision Die, Inc. and Merc Aerospace, Ltd.
“We are thrilled to welcome the Prescott and Merc teams to Pursuit Aerospace,” said Doug Folsom, Chief Executive Officer of Pursuit. “These acquisitions bring complementary capabilities and broaden Pursuit’s geographic presence in the Southwestern US and in the UK.”

Founded in 1984, Prescott Precision is an Arizona-based manufacturer of tight tolerance turbine engine components for the aerospace & defense industry. Prescott’s advanced machining capabilities are supported by a wide range of services including heat treat and non-destructive testing.
