Peter Wennink Appointed Member of the Supervisory Board of VDL Groep

Peter Wennink has joined the Supervisory Board of VDL Groep. On 1 September 2024, the 67-year-old former CEO of chip machine maker ASML joined the Supervisory Board of the industrial family business with its headquarters in Eindhoven.
Peter Wennink was appointed by the general meeting of shareholders of VDL Groep. President & CEO of VDL Groep Willem van der Leegte says: “We are delighted by Peter’s arrival as new member of our Supervisory Board. With his breadth of experience, expertise and network, Peter is a valuable addition to our Supervisory Board.”
Peter Wennink: “VDL Groep has developed over the decades into an important technology supplier and may rightly be considered one of the top technology and manufacturing companies in the Netherlands. In the coming decades, VDL’s competencies will also be in great demand. Being able to contribute to that was a great motivation for me to join the Supervisory Board.”
The Supervisory Board of VDL Groep is composed of Louis Deterink (chairman), Lau Pas and Marjan van Loon.
