From February to June, Incap Estonia organized a series of creative workshops for employees in cooperation with the local Saaremaa Supporting Education Centre. The workshops provided employees with practical ways to develop useful skills and pay more attention to their mental well-being.
Practical support through creativity
The workshops used guided creative activities to help participants develop self-regulation and self-management skills and become more aware of their mental well-being.
No previous artistic experience was needed. Participants were also not expected to share or discuss personal concerns, as the focus was on practical activities and each person’s individual experience.
The workshops attracted strong interest among employees. The group was initially planned for ten participants but was expanded to 12. Feedback was very positive, and those interested can continue attending similar creative workshops independently.
Continued focus on mental well-being
Supporting employee mental well-being is a priority at Incap Estonia. By offering practical opportunities that encourage awareness and support personal well-being, the company aims to contribute to a positive workplace where employees feel supported and valued.
Incap Estonia’s work to promote mental well-being has been recognised for three consecutive years. In 2025, the company received the “Blooming” label from Peaasi.ee, recognising its strong and visible culture of supporting mental well-being in the workplace.
The creative workshops are one example of how this work is put into practice. They also highlight the value of cooperation with local organisations such as the Saaremaa Supporting Education Centre.
