Erik Miller to President and Chief Operating Officer, a milestone that reflects years of intentional development and investment in leadership infrastructure. KYZEN Co-founders Kyle Doyel and Dr. Mike Bixenman will maintain strategic engagement as the company expands its operational capacity and technical leadership. Kyle Doyel will continue as CEO and Board Chairman, while Mike Bixenman remains CTO and Chairman Emeritus.
This announcement marks the visible outcome of KYZEN’s long-standing commitment to building an organization designed to outlast any individual, a company engineered for decades, not quarters.
“KYZEN has spent nearly three decades building me, and I've spent that time building it alongside a team I’m proud of every day,” said Erik Miller. “My focus hasn’t changed: deliver value to our customers, invest in our people, and build for the future. My job is to make sure we keep building, with expanded facilities, deeper capabilities, leading technically, and the same commitment to doing the right thing.”
