KYZEN, the global leader in innovative environmentally responsible cleaning chemistries, will exhibit at productronica India 2026 in Booth C35 at the Bangalore International Exhibition Centre (BIEC), highlighting next-generation stencil cleaning chemistry KYZEN E5631 and maintenance and pallet cleaning chemistry KYZEN E5325.
Every functioning electronic assembly begins with a clean stencil and every manufacturer relies on clean production machine parts. KYZEN offers a variety of cleaning chemistries like KYZEN E5631 and E5325 to ensure manufacturers’ boards are ready for their effective, real-world use from the very beginning of their production.
KYZEN E5631 is a stencil cleaner designed for you in spray-in-air, understencil, and ultrasonic systems to serve as a cost-effective solution to remove all types of raw solder paste flux from stencils and A-side misprints. E5631 boasts compatibility with stencil foil, epoxy adhesives, frames, mesh, and more in addition to working well in low concentrations and ambient temperatures.
KYZEN E5325M is formulated to remove the most difficult fluxes and solder pastes from pallets, wave solder fingers, reflow oven parts, and associated tooling in off-line maintenance cleaning. E5325 has no VOCs and is compatible with metal substrates including aluminum, copper, and steel.
For more than 35 years, KYZEN has developed cleaning chemistries and process solutions to help electronics manufacturers achieve reliable cleaning results through every phase of their process, from bare board to finished assembly. KYZEN also proudly partners with industry-leading equipment/consumable and solution providers like Ecopmin Technologies, who can be found in Hall 4, Booth E31, and iNETest, who can be found in Hall 4, Booth C01.
KYZEN will also use productronica India to formally announce Kanhu Panda as KYZEN’s Regional Manager in India. Panda originally hails from the city of Berhampur on the coast of the Bay of Bengal and achieved a Diploma in Electronics before beginning his career as a maintenance engineer with Bosch India in 2008. Before bringing his knowledge and insights to KYZEN, he worked as an engineer in varying capacities with Siemens Energy and, most recently, served as technical manager with Saki Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd. He will serve KYZEN customers and distributors from his home base in the city of Bangalore.
