MEIKO Electronics Expands ASEAN Footprint with New Vietnam Subsidiary to Support Growing Demand

MEIKO ELECTRONICS CO., LTD. has announced that, at its Board of Directors meeting held on April 8, 2026, the company resolved to establish a wholly owned subsidiary, MEIKO ELECTRONICS YEN QUANG CO., LTD. (MKYQ), in Phu Tho Province, Vietnam.
The new subsidiary will support the construction and operation of a new manufacturing facility in response to rising customer demand driven by ongoing supply chain localization across the ASEAN region. The anticipated demand is expected to exceed the production capacity of MEIKO’s existing plants, including those currently under construction.
By expanding its manufacturing presence in Vietnam, MEIKO aims to strengthen its production capabilities and better support global customers as regional supply chains continue to evolve.
