March 3, 2026 | Sydney Xiao, Global Electronics Association East AsiaEstimated reading time: 1 minute
At APEX EXPO 2026, the Global Electronics Association East Asia team will promote engagement with global experts, industry partners, and member companies by participating in technical committee meetings and industry forums, and by organizing networking dinners and exhibitor visits.
More than 40 companies from East Asia are expected to exhibit at this year’s show, representing Mainland China, Taiwan Region, Japan, and Korea. Regional leaders and core team members will focus on standards and technical exchange, exhibitor communication, and needs assessment, driving cross-regional information sharing and project collaboration.
Mainland China: Trend Insights and Demand Alignment to Enable Service Deployment
The Mainland China team will actively participate in several core conference activities and meetings, including keynote sessions, the Advanced Electronic Packaging Conference, sustainability-focused professional courses, as well as themed areas and projects such as the Design Village and Technology Pavilion.
In terms of content, the team will focus this year on three key areas: advanced electronic packaging, the Factory of the Future, and sustainability. Through participation in technical meetings and standards discussions, the team aims to gain deeper insight into the latest global trends in automation, digitalization, and green transformation in electronics manufacturing, and to explore how these trends can be translated into practical, implementable manufacturing solutions.
In addition, the Mainland China team plans to visit exhibiting companies to better understand their overseas market strategies and technology development needs, with particular attention to pain points and priorities related to reliability, quality consistency, digital connectivity, and sustainability. Based on on-site solution showcases, the team will identify entry points where standards interpretation, training and certification, and technical support can facilitate implementation. After the event, a focused follow-up list of key companies and service recommendations will be developed to continue engagement and advance collaboration opportunities.
