BTU International to Feature Aurora Reflow Technology at SMTA Michigan and Ohio Expos

BTU International, Inc., a leading supplier of advanced thermal processing equipment for the electronics manufacturing market, will exhibit at the upcoming SMTA Michigan Expo & Tech Forum on Tuesday, August 19 in Livonia, MI, and the SMTA Ohio Expo & Tech Forum on Thursday, August 21 in Independence, OH.

BTU will discuss its Aurora reflow oven platform, a series of convection ovens developed to support a wide range of PCB assembly applications. The Aurora line includes the 125N, 150N, 175N, and 200N models, offering multiple zone configurations to match production throughput and board complexity.

The Aurora 125N and 150N—both 12-zone systems—feature configurable heating and cooling zones, Aqua Scrub™ flux management, and advanced gas flow and conveyor control. These features support precise thermal profiling and improve process stability over time. The platform is designed for ease of maintenance and integrates energy efficiency features to help manage ongoing operational costs.
