Nordson Corporation announced that its Board of Directors has approved a 15% increase in the Company’s quarterly cash dividend to $0.94 per common share from $0.82. The dividend is payable on October 2, 2026, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on September 10, 2026.
This increase represents Nordson’s 63rd consecutive year of annual dividend increases, ranking it among an elite group of publicly traded companies with the longest-running record of consecutive dividend increases.
