Under this agreement, the parties intend to collaborate on humanoid robot and cobot products and the upgrading of our electronics manufacturing production lines. The partnership will jointly evaluate the application of Agile Robots’ humanoid robotics and solutions within USI’s global manufacturing service network, while exploring USI’s support to Agile in the development and mass production of robotic products, and associated components.
