Jaltek Joins the Norautron Group

We’re thrilled to announce that Jaltek Ltd has been acquired by Norautron AS, marking an exciting new chapter for our business. Headquartered in Horten, Norway, with branches in Norway, Sweden, Poland, China and Malaysia, Norautron is an international provider of advanced electronics manufacturing services.

The acquisition represents an important strategic step in Norautron's continued growth journey, strengthening its technical and design capabilities, expanding its advanced electronics manufacturing capacity and establishing a presence in the UK.

The transaction is fully aligned with Norautron's long-term growth strategy, where international expansion and the continuous enhancement of technological capabilities remain key priorities.

The acquisition establishes Norautron in the United Kingdom, creating a strong platform for further growth in one of Europe's leading advanced manufacturing markets while strengthening the Group's position within Defence & Aerospace and other high-reliability industries.

The acquisition broadens Norautron's customer offering by expanding its EMS capacity and technical expertise, enabling the Group to deliver an even more comprehensive range of end-to-end solutions.

Jaltek will continue to operate from its existing UK facilities, with its experienced leadership team and employees continuing to support customers locally. As part of the Norautron Group, the business will benefit from additional international resources and expertise while maintaining the quality, service and relationships customers know and trust.
