The SearchWorks Group, a leading executive search firm specializing in the electronics manufacturing market, announced a strong start to the year, highlighted by multiple senior-level placements and a robust pipeline of active searches across North America and Europe.
During the first quarter, the firm successfully completed several key placements spanning business development, engineering, and program management leadership roles. These include a Director of Business Development for ICTC in Florida, a Vice President of Business Development for Keenfinity EMS in Germany, and both a Director of Program Management and Director of Engineering for XLR8 EMS in California.
The pace of hiring activity reflects continued demand for experienced leadership as electronics manufacturers scale operations, expand into new markets, and navigate ongoing supply chain and technology shifts.
“We’re seeing sustained demand for leaders who can step in and make an immediate impact,” said Jeremy Vanselous, President of The SearchWorks Group. “Companies aren’t just hiring to fill roles—they’re being very intentional about bringing in people who can help them grow, adapt, and execute in a more complex environment.”
In addition to completed placements, The SearchWorks Group is currently managing a diverse range of executive and senior-level searches. These include a President/COO role in New England, a Vice President of Strategic Supply Chain position in the U.S., and a Vice President of Business Development search in the Northeast. The firm is also actively recruiting for a Director of Engineering in Tennessee, Account Executives on both the West and East Coasts, a Program Manager in Florida, and a Business Development leader focused on Defense & Space in California.
This level of activity highlights the continued evolution of the electronics manufacturing landscape, where companies are investing in leadership across operations, supply chain, and commercial functions to remain competitive.
With decades of collective experience and an exclusive focus on the electronics sector, The SearchWorks Group partners with OEMs, EMS providers, and technology innovators to identify and secure high-impact talent across critical roles.
