The award was presented for the sixth time by the Baden-Württemberg Ministry of Economic Affairs, Labor and Tourism and the Bildungswerk der Baden-Württembergischen Wirtschaft (BIWE) in the two categories “Family friendliness and health” and “Leadership, personal development and diversity”.
