Plessey announced today that it was awarded Company of the Year by the NMI, the Industry Trade Body for Electronic Systems in the UK & Ireland. The annual ceremony and gala dinner took place in London on Thursday 19th November and included over 350 guests from the electronic systems industry in the UK.
Dr. Derek Boyd, Chief Executive of the NMI, said: "We present awards to recognise the achievements and behaviours that are conducive to a healthy and vibrant electronics industry in the UK and Ireland.
