Inission completed the acquisition of Bavaria Digital Technik GmbH (BDT). BDT is an EMS company based in Pfronten, Germany. Through the acquisition of 100 percent of the shares, Inission establishes a presence in the German market and takes another step in its continued expansion in Europe.
The agreement with the insolvency administrator of AD Capital was signed on October 15, 2026. The purchase price amounts to 5.3 MEUR, corresponding to an enterprise value (EV) of 5.8 times the average EBITDA for 2023–2025. The acquisition is financed through an acquisition loan of 2.65 MEUR. The acquisition includes BDT’s property, valued at 3.7 MEUR.
The acquisition will be consolidated into Inission’s accounts as of November 2, 2026.
