LITEON Technology reported its June consolidated revenue of NT$18.7 billion, up 8% M-o-M and 37% Y-o-Y. Revenue growth was mainly driven by high-end server power systems for cloud and AI applications and high‑efficiency backup battery units (BBU). The cumulative sales for January to June totaled NT$96.1 billion, up 25% Y-o-Y.
Cloud & AIoT Business contributed a 56% share of total sales, of which, benefiting from the delivery growth for power management systems of high-end datacenter server and cloud computing, Cloud & AIoT business posted a yearly growth of over 80%.
Opto-electronics Business contributed a 15% share of sales, of which, LITEON’s photocouplers used in industrial automation, new energy, and AI power applications; infrared applications for invisible LED; advanced visible LED indicator featuring high integration and miniaturization for AI servers and switches continued to see solid demand, contributing to over 10% Y-o-Y revenue growth for the segment.
Information Technology & Consumer Electronics Business accounted for 29% of sales, of which, with the ongoing optimized product mix and diversified application markets, steady shipment growth of LEO satellite power systems and advanced power supplies drove the segment’s revenue to increase over 10% M-o-M.
