Wistron Announces Q3 Financial Results

Wistron Corp. held a Board of Directors meeting today and subsequently announced its financial results for the first three quarters ending on September 30, 2024.
For this period, the company reported total revenue of NT$752,074 million. Operating income was NT$27,121 million, profit before tax (PBT) amounted to NT$27,321 million, and profit after tax (PAT) was NT$12,134 million, translating to an earnings per share (EPS) of NT$4.26. For the third quarter of fiscal year 2024, Wistron reported revenue of NT$272,542 million, operating income of NT$11,409 million, PBT of NT$10,189 million, and PAT of NT$4,199 million, with an EPS of NT$1.47.
In addition to the financial results, the Board approved an additional investment of up to NT$3,896 million for building improvements and the acquisition of machinery and equipment at the Hsinchu County International AI Smart Business Park to meet future business demands.
