“Jerry ’s joining NAM will be a strong addition as a business representative with a proven track record of commitment to industry,” said Jay Timmons, NAM President and CEO. “ Jerry will be a key partner in advancing manufacturing competitiveness policies and further amplifying the voice and influence of manufacturers across the country. I look forward to working with him to advocate for American manufacturing while promoting the core values that make America great and our industry strong – free enterprise, competitiveness, individual liberty, and equal opportunity.”
Hon Hai Technology Group is committed to deepening its global layout and actively participating in the application of high-end technologies and localized operations in manufacturing industries around the world. The election of Hsiao Tsai-yu as a member of the NAM board of directors is a symbol of the renewed recognition of Foxconn's commitment and influence in the development of the U.S. manufacturing industry.
