Inventory & Process Coordination Specialist

This role supports FCT’s supply chain and sourcing functions by managing Bills of Materials (BOMs), inventory, and supplier relationships for custom-built projects. The position involves quoting and tracking BOMs, ensuring document and revision control, and maintaining accurate records for both internal teams and customer requirements. This individual will collaborate closely with Engineering, Program Management, Process, and Commercial teams across the U.S. and internationally to ensure alignment on all sourcing and inventory needs.

Key responsibilities include maintaining organized customer folders, setting up part numbers and BOMs in ERP systems, managing inventory status, and updating BOM revisions. The role also involves quoting through tools like CalcuQuote, negotiating with suppliers, and managing customer portals and reporting requirements. A strong focus is placed on communication with suppliers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to meet delivery timelines, special instructions, and compliance standards.

Candidates should have experience in inventory and supplier management, ERP systems, and handling custom project BOMs. Strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask across priorities are essential. The ideal candidate is analytical, organized, and capable of building lasting vendor and team relationships to support operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
